HSE - Koordinator (m/w/d)

Für unseren Bereich Qualitätssicherung suchen wir per sofort einen HSE-Koordinator (m/w/d)

zur Unterstützung des HSE-Managers im Bereich der Planung, Umsetzung, Überwachung und optimierung der Arbeitssicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzprozesse innerhalb des Unternehmens.

Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Einführung und Optimierung von Maßnahmen zum Arbeits-, Gesundheits-, Brand- und Umweltschutz
• Dokumentation und Pflege der HSE-Prozesse sowie des integrierten Managementsystems
• Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und Implementierung eines ISO 45001 Managementsystems
• Mitwirkung beim Aufbau einer Sicherheitskultur im Unternehmen
• Mitarbeit in internen Gremien und Ausschüssen (Arbeitsschutzausschuss, BGM-Team, Energieteam etc.)
• Unterstützung bei der Pflege des Rechtskatasters und der Normensammlung
• Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Feststellungen aus internen und externen Audits
• Unterstützung bei der Pflege und Überprüfung von Risikoanalysen, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Betriebsanweisungen
• Erstellung und Pflege von Auswertungen, Statistiken, KPI’s und Reportings
• Mitarbeit bei der Organisation von Arbeits- und Umweltschutzstrukturen im Unternehmen (Erste-Hilfe, Brandschutz, PSA etc.)
• Übernahmen der Stellvertretung Betriebsbeauftragter für Abfall
• Mitarbeit bei Projekten sowie die selbstständige Umsetzung von Mini- und Teilprojekten
• Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von HSE-Programmpunkten inkl. Dokumentation
• Beantwortung von Kundenfragebögen und Mitwirkung bei Unternehmensassessments

Erforderliche Qualifikation / Erfahrung:

• Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HSE-Bereich eines Industrieunternehmens oder vergleichbare Fachgebiete wünschenswert
• Weiterbildung zur BASO (Beauftragter für Arbeitsorganisation)
• Weiterbildung zum Brandschutzhelfer
• Weiterbildung zum Betriebsbeauftragten für Abfall wäre wünschenswert
• Guter Umgang mit Microsoft 365, insbesondere Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (Infor-LN wünschenswert)
• WEKA Arbeitsschutz 360 plus
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke, technisches Verständnis, Beratungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

We are looking for an HSE Coordinator (m/f/d) for our Quality Assurance department with immediate effect

 

to support the HSE Manager in the planning, implementation, monitoring and optimisation of occupational safety, health and environmental protection processes within the company.

 

The area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• Support in the development, introduction and optimisation of measures for occupational safety, health, fire and environmental protection
• Documentation and maintenance of HSE processes and the integrated management system
• Participation in the development and implementation of an ISO 45001 management system
• Contributing to the development of a safety culture within the company
• Collaboration in internal bodies and committees (occupational health and safety committee, BGM team, energy team, etc.)
• Support in maintaining the legal register and the collection of standards
• Documentation and follow-up of findings from internal and external audits
• Support in the maintenance and review of risk analyses, risk assessments and operating instructions
• Creation and maintenance of analyses, statistics, KPIs and reports
• Assisting with the organisation of occupational health and safety and environmental protection structures in the company (first aid, fire protection, PPE, etc.)
• Deputising for the waste management officer
• Collaboration on projects and independent implementation of mini- and sub-projects
• Participation in the implementation of HSE programme points including documentation
• Answering customer questionnaires and participating in company assessments.

 

 

 

Required qualification / experience:

• Completed technical or commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in the HSE area of an industrial company or comparable specialist areas desirable
• Further training as BASO (representative for work organisation)
• Further training as a fire protection officer
• Further training as a waste management officer would be desirable
• Good handling of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Infor-LN desirable)
• WEKA occupational safety 360 plus
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Initiative, strong communication skills, technical understanding, consulting skills and assertiveness.
